I reached out to them on Tuesday afternoon since I just noticed I was missing a music folder for a concert next week. They were really helpful over the phone and got it delivered first thing Thursday morning. The price was quite fair and the quality is solid. I’ll definitely be using them again for my viola needs.

The delivery person refused to take the pallets off the truck, so I had to manually move £1500 worth of music equipment myself. Now I've got two pallets and a bunch of packaging to deal with. Not happy at all. I called to complain, but they just didn’t seem to care. I won’t be using this service again.

I purchased a Yamaha P515 digital piano along with some accessories, and it showed up really fast. Sadly, the piano had a key that was broken (not Chamberlain's issue, it was a brand new, sealed unit from Yamaha). Chamberlain provided excellent service to return the unit for a quick, hassle-free replacement, which I’m really happy about. Special shoutout to Jon at Chamberlain for all his assistance. I can definitely recommend this company.

I was on the hunt for a small yet sturdy upright piano that I could easily see over while leading group workshops and music sessions. Initially, I thought I had found the right one, but Dom guided me to a model that fit my specific needs even better, and he gave me a fantastic deal. I was shocked that the price covered delivery all the way from Surrey to Lancashire, plus a free tuning once the piano has settled in. Our 1981 Yamaha piano showed up at our place - More Music in Morecambe - in perfect condition and looking as good as new. It’s going to provide countless hours of joy for many folks for years ahead.
